The Domination Continues as Fountain Scores Big for the Fourth Consecutive Race This Season
Marathon, FL - June 12, 2005 - The newly formed union between APBA and SBI is a showcase of the best in the world of offshore powerboat racing, and Fountain has again proven why they are still a force to be reckoned with on the water. The 38 ft V-15 FountainRacing.com team of David Knight and Ben Roberson walked away with a decisive victory, having lead the field for all 97 miles of the race, while the fellow 38 ft Fountains of Miccosukee Indian Gaming, The Rodriguez Group, and Team Muscle all finished strong in Second, Third, and Fourth, respectively. Team Taboo in a 42 ft Fountain finished strong to round out the top five.

"V-15 lead all of the Super Vee teams through the famed "Seven Mile" bridge a total of 32 times during the race", said David Knight, owner and throttles of the V-15 boat. "Nobody could catch us".

The teams are preparing for the Suncoast Offshore Grand Prix coming up in Sarasota, FL on July 1-3.
