Must

1 years experience
with marine lamination.
Spraying resin,
hand rolling, vacuum
forming, any and
all lamination processes. |

Mechanics: |
Must
have experience
with marine mechanics,
Mercury certification
a plus. Diagnostic
troubleshooting.
Must have own tools. |
| Cabinet
Builders/ Carpenters: |
Must
have master carpentry
experience. Must
be able to measurer
correctly. Must
be able to build
from plans/blue
prints. Must have
experience installing
solid surfaces. |
| Gel
Detailer: |
Must have marine
patch and detail
experience. Must
have experience
sanding, buffing
and mixing compounds.

| Rigger: |
Must have electrical,
plumbing, carpentry
experience for
rigging positions.
Must be able to
read and follow
work orders. Carpet
installation experience
a must. Must have
experience using
hand and power
tools.

Minimum requirement
to complete Fountain
application: Individual
must have a continuous
work history with the
same employer for 2
years. Must be capable
of completing application
in full. If you do not
possess these minimum
qualifications, your
